Beginning on November 1, 2010 we will all be experiencing the testing of our gasoline burning cars and trucks for excessive emissions. There are currently four testing stations under construction in northern Colorado. Access for Fort Collins residents will be the north side station located just east of Interstate 25 on the south side of the road by McDonald’s and the Otterbox Distribution Center. On the south end of town the testing station is west of College Avenue, also known as Highway 287, almost to Loveland near the UPS distribution center.
