Needed a quick oil change and wanted a second opinion on what is wrong with my Toyota Tacoma. Read a few Yelp reviews and decided to try this place. Great choice. They squeezed me in for an oil change and gave some great advice on my truck. I met the owner and he told me about how they really pride themselves on being thorough, honest, and cost efficient for the customer. I had my dog with me because we had to visit the CSU vet that morning, and they were completely fine with me bringing my dog in while we waited for the truck to be finished. I plan to visit this place again, even though I don't live in Fort Collins.

One word - OUTSTANDING and THANKS! I can't describe the quality and personal service provided to my Mother by Rob and his staff at Performance Tune. I am out of state and it is extremely comforting to know that Performance Tune is ready and able to serve my 85+ year-old Mother. When her car didn't start she called Rob and almost immediately he was there, replaced the battery, and got her on her way. I don't worry about auto difficulties or Mother being stranded in the Fort Collins area because of the efficient, honest, quality care provided by Performance Tune. Many thanks Rob!!

I was looking for a car repair shop I could trust. What I got was much more. Not only are the people great but they provide a diagnostic on what's wrong with your car that you can trust. They pay their employees a salary, not a commission like almost every other shop does. So this means all they care about is providing the best service rather than finding new things to charge you for. The owners are great too and will give you a personal ride to where you need while they work on you car. Highly recommend them. Rudy

I called to get a general brake estimate, and the guy on the phone was quite rude. He kept interrupting me over the phone, telling me it would be $10 for just a break check (while every where else does this for free), and his excuse was that they like to do things right. He would not give me a general estimate. It's 2012, I'm sure you guys have done enough brake repairs to give me an idea of what something costs, if I take my vehicle in and it needs more then we'll cross that bridge when we get there. Some people like to be smart shoppers and see their options. I also do not have time in my busy schedule to take my car and get it looked at just to see costs of repairs. When I finally got an answer out of him, he gave me a broad range saying "a couple hundred". I asked if this mean around $200-$300 and he wouldn't say. How can you treat a potential customer in such a disrespectful manner? So I ended up called a few other places and EVERYONE was friendly and able to give me a decent estimate without needing to bring my car in. So instead of paying these guys (my first choice) I'll be going to Import Auto Body.

This is not a shop that tries to sell you on repairs that your vehicle doesn't need. They've been knowledgeable about every problem I've had and friendly whenever I call.
