Aaron, I'm sorry if you received less-than-satisfactory service at our shop recently. Please give me a call at (970) 482-3971; I'd like to discuss the situation with you. Thank you - Pat Schnaidt, owner, Performance Tune Auto Repair. Update June 21: Speaking with our staff, we believe we know what happened. If we have this straight, Aaron stopped in and asked for air in his tires one afternoon. We had a busy schedule; one of my technicians handed Aaron an air hose and a tire pressure gauge. Aaron was not happy with with this service and was wanting us to put air into his tires. Arguably, we could have handled it better. But we just wanted to point out that Aaron was not mis-quoted, nor did he receive an improper repair at our shop. :)

Great experience in general! Pat, the owner, takes care of its customers and wants to make sure every person that walks through his doors receives A+ attention. The team makes sure that your car gets what it needs as well as what benefits you and your car in the long run. Would recommended it to anyone!

I just found my new mechanic. The guys at Performance did something right to my truck, because when I picked it up, it was running like it did years ago. They took care what needed to be fixed and hooked up my topper rear brake light to boot. The craziest part about their work was the low bill. In short, they hooked a brother up! Thanks guys..
