Dont go to this workshop They will make big bill Of inspection charge , labour charge , parts charge and than last all taxes. They charge $440 just to change honda car starter . My recommdation is go to Any Autozone with in 100-150 your car will be on road. With genuine parts change in front of you. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Thumbs down to performance tune. Very poor service. Unprofessional mechanics even dont know How to talk to customer.Just make long bill of your car.
Hi, my name is Pat Schnaidt and I am the owner of Performance Tune Auto Repair. I spoke with Maulik twice on the phone, and met him face-to-face twice, the day he was in our shop for his Honda repair. I’d like to add a few comments to provide perspective on what happened that day. When Maulik phoned the first time with a “no start” condition, we explained the electrical system testing that we would perform in troubleshooting the vehicle, including checking the battery, battery cables, starter, alternator, relays, and ignition switch to determine the source of the problem. We explained what that testing would cost, and that upon completion of the testing it would be likely that we could tell him what it would take to fix the car. He chose to come in for repair. Once Maulik’s vehicle was tested, we determined that the starter was faulty. We called Maulik to explain our findings and provided him with a parts and labor estimate to replace the faulty starter. When he asked for a discount, we declined, informing him that the reason for this policy is that we treat all our customers the same. That is to say, if we offer discounts to one customer, then we have to charge another customer more, for the same repair. We explained that it was his choice whether to have us complete the repair or not, and that if he chose to proceed, the vehicle would be finished by the end of the day. He said, go ahead. We completed the repair on time, within the estimate he approved, and the repairs are covered by our nationwide 2-year, 24,000-mile warranty. At Performance Tune Auto Repair, we know auto repairs can be both expensive and inconvenient. While we are not the least expensive shop in town, we are also not the most expensive.
