Do not recommend them to anyone not my worst enemy. They charged me for thing's I told them not to do. My truck got damaged because they didn't latch my hood. My transmission is stuck in drive and don't shift. All they had to do was the fuel pump like I told them it was. My truck is far worse since taking it to them. Worst shop in foco. Do not , let me repeat DO NOT ever take your vehicle to this shop even if you just need a window washing. Couldn't get that right either. I left my truck there for them to check and fix my fuel pump and nothing else. They did a diagnostic on my truck after I told them just check the fuel pump because everything else was already checked out. They did it anyway just to charge me $189.00 that it didn't need. After all that I've had nothing but problems with my truck with the transmission they said was going out with only 134000 on a 1999 Dodge. Was a very good running truck to where I've had many offers on this truck for what it's equipped with and the miles from several dealers. Plus I ended up with a new broken windshield and badly dented hood because they don't know how too latch a hood. Just leave it open. Just don't take my word for it look at ALL the bad reviews this business has had with other customers with them saying there's more wrong with they're vehicle than what it was taken in for. Keep looking until you find a good honest mechanic who knows what there doing and will get the job done right. Thank you and good luck
At what point do you know a customer is not your customer? Mr. Pierce’s truck would not start. He authorized diagnostic test and inspection in conversation prior to beginning any work; signed approval on file. We found that the fuel pump had failed. We prepared an estimate for repair. At the end of the day, we locked the truck in the parking lot, waiting for approval to move forward. We arrived the next morning to an angry text message accusing us of damaging unrelated aspects of his truck, including transmission and power mirrors. Items we had not touched. And apparently the hood was unlatched such that when he drove away (what?!?) it opened and bent the hood, cracking the windshield. Hard to tell, as when we came in that next morning, the truck was in our lot right where we left it the night before. We were a little confused. Reviewing security footage, we discovered what happened. With no communication or approval, Mr. Pierce came after hours and took his truck via a second set of keys. Mind you we were in mid-repair, waiting for approval. We had tools in the truck, it was locked, keys were in the building. Looks as if Mr. Pierce intended to take his truck without paying his bill. Hood was latched per camera footage, but if it really did fly up and damage his windshield, might that be karma? We immediately stopped all work on the truck. Following a heated conversation and upon paying his bill, Mr. Pierce took the truck home. There were no further repairs or charges. It can sometimes prove difficult to determine whether a customer is a good fit for our shop. Somewhere in this exchange, it became apparent.
